Progressive disclosure
One experience, not separate “casual” and “expert” products.
The difference is depth. An ordinary user sees clear language and actions; a researcher can open lineage, evidence, technical state, receipts, or release records without switching to a different product.
Inspection layer
Assumptions, evidence, lineage, related objects, branch state, open questions.
Technical layer
Version, repository source, schema, hash, receipt, release head, verification record where appropriate.
Experience lineage
Use the original prototype, not a screenshot of it.
The Generation 0 SIW surface remains directly navigable so visitors can experience semantic reflection, context assembly, branch exploration, and provenance before reading about the deeper R2 architecture.
