SIW Release Two, preserved and running exactly as it was.

This is the actual governed Semantic Inquiry Workspace developed before the current Build 15 / Release Three implementation — embedded live from its own preserved deployment, not a rebuilt or modernized copy. The purpose is chronology and architectural evidence, not a second front door into the current product.

Knowledge Nugget · why this page exists

A chronology entry is not the same as a first-class review surface.

The SIW Evolution page already places Release Two in sequence between the Generation 0 prototype and the current Release Three candidate. This page is the direct destination for actually reviewing it: the real preserved Team Review Candidate 1 workspace, reachable in one step from the SIW area, not only as an outbound link inside a chronology paragraph.

Preserved evidenceHistoricalNot R3 conformance
External dependency, made explicit: no locally preserved copy of this exact Release Two Three-Panel build was found in this pass (the local candidates inspected under this repo's history are earlier-generation prototype/demo material, not this governed workspace) — see R2 SOURCE/RUNTIME USED in this tranche's report. The frame below loads live from the original preserved deployment at siw-r2-team-review-c1-20260824-121203.richard-lynes.workers.dev. It is not rewritten, re-themed, or modified to resemble Release Three in any way — what you see is exactly what the accepted Team Review Candidate 1 record shows.

Open in a new tab ↗
Historical, externally-hosted deployment. Preserved unmodified as accepted evidence — this page adds framing and navigation around it only. It does not know about Book One, Canon Access, the Reader, or any Build 15 work; opening it will not show anything built after it. Historical implementation ≠ current standing. Release Two ≠ Release Three. Preserved reference ≠ production runtime.
What this preserved workspace demonstrates

The governance vocabulary Release Three inherited and formalized further.

Preserved where present in the Team Review Candidate 1 build, verified live in this record:

Inquiry / Prompt Composer

Governed inquiry assembly, kept explicitly separate from candidate knowledge and consequential authority.

Active Context & Governance Inspector

Only explicitly activated governed objects appear as active context; the inspector surfaces Object, Origin, Protect, and Standing.

Lifecycle & Epistemic Standing

Suggested relevance is not authorization — standing is tracked and displayed as two separate axes.

Explicit activation

Candidate semantic objects do not enter the inquiry merely because they are relevant — activation is a deliberate, visible act.

Authorization boundary & standing guards

Object validation → receipt validation → standing guards → atomic apply, shown as the last zero-mutation prerequisite before represented atomic application.

Historical Three-Panel geometry

The same three-plane interaction shape Release Three's Reader integration continues, in its original, unmodified presentation.
